At Memories for Life by Lucky Puri, we are committed to delivering high-quality photography, videography, albums, and printed products that preserve your special moments beautifully.
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a booking has been confirmed or an order has been placed.
Services (Photography & Videography)
All photography and videography services are customized and time-bound. Once a date is booked, it is reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, cancellations are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability and prior notice. Additional charges may apply.
Albums & Printed Products
Wedding albums, photo books, prints, and any physical deliverables are created specifically for each client.
Before final production, clients are provided with a preview/selection process for images, layouts, and designs. Once the album or print order is approved and sent for production:
- No returns or exchanges are possible
- No refunds will be issued
- Changes cannot be made after final approval
We request clients to carefully review all selections before confirming.
Quality Concerns
While we maintain strict quality standards, if you face any genuine concerns regarding your deliverables, please reach out to us. We will review the issue and do our best to provide a reasonable resolution.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate event details and timelines
- Reviewing and approving album designs carefully
- Communicating any specific requirements in advance
Delays or miscommunication may impact the final output.
Privacy Policy
All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of Memories for Life by Lucky Puri. We respect your privacy and will not share your content publicly without your consent, unless agreed otherwise.
